This is the number one question we recieve from users of the Interent Map Viewers. In order for the print map tool to function correctly, you must turn off all pop-up blocking applications such as Yahoo bar, Google bar, AOL bar, or Windows XP.
To check if you have a pop-up blocker installed, right click in the gray area to the right of "Help" in the upper most part of your Internet Explorer Window. This will display a small list, if you see one of the pop-up blocking applications mentioned above, make sure it is unchecked.
Also, for users that have installed Service Pack Two for Windows XP or Internet Explorer 6, you need to make sure that the built-in pop-up blocker is set to allow all pop-ups for showmeboone.com. |
